The cakes are great. The only issue is price. I have ordered from them several times, but it seems lately that the decoration charge never is the same, even if a simple design. They have messed up my order before but it happens. The actual cake prices are fine, it's just that you get a new decorating charge depending on who you talk to. On my last order I did not experience the service quality I had in the past. Now it's time for another cake and I have been torn on whether to give them another chance. If I am willing to pay your prices I expect to receive good service.

Prices go up every year, and cake decor does not have a set price by size. They got the last two cake orders wrong that we placed with them. The one that upset us the most was they made a tierd cake into a 1/2 sheet! Last year we will order from them unfortunately. It is such a quaint place.

I had ordered a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. I had seen positive reviews about this place online so I thought I would try it out. Their location is in Denoton but they now deliver to a Plano location so that was a plus since I live in Dallas. I asked for a Princess cake and they did a great job! Everyone commented about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. It was a huge hit. I will definitely use them again. The price is comparable to the bakeries here in Dallas.

I think everyone should experience Candy Haven once in there life. It really is good. Whenever I travel I stop by and get a few things so that I can let family and friends that don't live in Denton try their delicious treats. Now the price is going to more than a supermarket bakery but the quality, taste, and service is so much better. I would definitely say to try it al least once.
