It's pretty quiet. The apartment units are really nice, and fairly easy to keep clean. There isn't any cell phone service unless i walk outside, so i miss about 75% of my incoming calls, and don't receive most texts until the next day. This, obviously, makes it very difficult to maintain relationships. You can pay rent online, which is a HUGE plus; especially for me, being out of town so often. Most of the staff is nice, and fairly quick to assist you. In the summer, the parking garage smells HORRIBLE. Be aware of that, but it's contained to the garage itself. It doesn't permeate any other part of the building or the actual apartment units.

I read some of the other reviews and I haven't had the same experience. I've lived here for almost a year and this is one of my favorite places. The parking is good and the few times I had a maintenace problem, they fixed it. Nothing in life is perfect and it's an apartment with alot of different people living here so things happen. I guess if your a negative person then that's all you'll get out of life no matter where you live.

I first encountered the fairly outgoing, friendly, and personable leasing agents. They were all very helpful. The first day I went in to get some information on a one-bedroom apartment, Jennifer was extremely eager to assist, and took me and my boyfriend on a tour of the one bedroom apartment and the amenities around the complex. It's a heartbeat away from the mall, Target, a never ending shopping outlet, restaurants, 121, and the Dallas Tollway. Several apartments with a pool view, which is what initially stole my interest. Everything is conveniently located. They have a fitness center, tanning bed, a five story parking garage, resort style pool, a lot of different features unlike any apartment I've ever seen before. I'm now a resident, and very excited to move in!!!

To get straight to the point I wanted to let everyone know how helpful, polite, & all around great Jessica has always been when I come into t he office. I have been complaining for WEEKS about how hard the garage door slams next to my apartment. IT IS SOOOO ANNOYING! I just find it had paying $750 a month for an apartment where I'm not comfortable and never want to be because of the noise. Especially on the weekends when everyone is moving about. I called & for a few months the door was fine. Here recently I called about 2 or 3 times and even went to the office & spoke to Nikki (sp). I was told maintenance did "all they could" but nothing changed. She said she'd also put the order on Kodi's desk. AAANNNYYYWWWHO, let;s just say it was worse than ever. Something even fell & broke after the door slammed one Thursday. I went in today & JESSICA, PATRICK, & MARIO got right on it. Jessica was soooooooooooooo helpful. Patrick was funny & quick to resolve it. I even gave him a high-five! The do
