I would buy from them again! - In 2012 I found the car I wanted on their website & submitted my offer. After sales tax, it was more than I could afford but my sales agent, Jason Sides got me the right price. Even my auto ins. agent told me it was a great value. Eckert's had the Car Fax report available for free, disclosing a prior accident. Jason took photos of the imperfections in case I wanted to back out of the deal. The car still looked beautiful to me. Since I had no car to go to the dealership, Jason brought the car to me. He drove me to my bank for funds & then to my car ins. co. to add this car to my policy & finally back to the office for the paperwork. He replaced the cracked windshield at no cost to me. Jason did everything that he said he would. Investing in a new auto is a stressful decision. Now I know I can just go to Eckert Hyundai & skip the stress.

My wife and I went to look at the 2011 Tuscon. I am a former car salesman so I know how the entire process works and I was ready to beat my salesman up to get that "fair deal". I had my laptop with me and knew the figures I wanted to be at and had my payment calculated. Imagine my surprise when the numbers Curtis Hall came back with were the numbers I was ready to battle for. He took all the fun out of it, lol. Anyway, this dealership really is different, they offer a very fair price right off the bat..... what a concept!
