This tutoring service is mediocre and unprofessional. In my experience I went for one tutoring session and paid/set up 6 more tutoring sessions. The next time that I was suppose to meet with this tutor he didn't show up. I called the tutor personally and also the owner (who is a crook) and nobody answered. Not only did they not answer, they ignored my phone calls for days. After finally requesting a full refund for everything the pro-rated services that I didn't receive, they stalled for another 10 days. I received $150 out of the $200 I paid. He charged me $50 dollars for one session when the agreed upon price was $35. Don't use this service unless you want to be ripped off.
