Boxing & Fitness by Rick Sweeney

I have trained all over the country (WV, IL, PA, CA, OH, VA and NY). I have had many trainers while competing in power-lifting and fitness. I have never had a trainer push me to the limits like Rick Sweeney. From the time you enter the gym you feel as if you have joined a family of people all wanting the same thing; ultimate health, a killer physique and a boxing edge. I have trained with weights for 18 years and I have even taken a few spinning and yoga classes. No workout has given me the type of agility, speed, power and health that boxing is giving me. When you are in the ring and you hit all of your combinations, you feel as if you have won the world championship! It is a battle between your mind and body. There is no greater rush and feeling of satisfaction. I recommend this gym to anyone at any age!!
