Delano Dental

From the moment you walk into Delano Dental you are greeted with a smile from the front desk receptionist. One of the things I loved most this office is that it did not smell like a dental office and the whole staff was just wonderful. They use aromatherapy, and event offer different scents before the treatment began, along with a warm blanket. The assistants were very helpful as well. They also have a an option where you can become a member of Delano Dental and get into this savings plan. LOVED IT!! I would totally recommend this dental office they made me feel very comfortable.

I thought I had been here before and was excited to go back for a long overdue cleaning etc. I was totally wrong and didn't realize until I was almost done with A root canal. They were very nice until they realized I didn't have a CC or insurance and even said "I've never heard of anyone not having a CC before" in front of other patients. I was humiliated and shouldn't have been as I pay all my bills in cash. I tried to set up payments paying $200 cash right then and there and they were still very snotty and made me feel not good enough to even be there. I was able to pay a bill that was over $1000 in 2 months time even. I would not recommend as they were not professional or accomodating in any way. I will never go back!Not everyone lives in debt on CC's or even have dental Insurance. I think that if you're willing to pay a large lump sum at 1st appt. you should be able to set up payment options. And maybe remember you're located in Delano, not Beverly Hills so act like it!
