J C's Lobster Pot West

This is a whole in the wall place, but MAN, the crab legs are to die for! The outside doesn't do it any justice, but it's what you would expect of a Mom and Pop. I don't like chain restaurants with their frozen food. The chowder is AWESOME! Some of the best you'll get! The crab legs have won awards for so many years in a row for best in Volusia County, they don't have enough room left on the walls to put them up any longer. We now live in Lake Mary, but will travel here at least once a month to get the food. I'm a bit upset that after 6 years of being there once a month, to sometimes 2-3 times a month, that the staff doesn't know us. They aren't there to get to know their guests, but sure can cook up some great seafood!
