Pizza good. Food horrible. the manager the big girl is snotty and over the phone they are not very nice.. you can keep that place

Wow. I have no words. I walked in there this evening to purchase a greek salad to go. I had to use the restroom BADLY. I said I will be back to order, but must use the restroom. The owner's daughter ( manager ) proceeded to tell me no. She said I had to order first and the restroom would remained locked. I said you are kidding me right. She said, " No, I am not %&%$# kidding you and told me to use the restroom down the road. I had every intention of ordering a salad. I was famished. I said you are an idiot and was rude to the wrong person in town and shared with 600+ friends on facebook to never go there again. She called me a few choice words. Never will my family be back or anyone I know in DeLand. Zero stars. Save your money and drive a little further to get your pizza in Lake Helen or DT DeLand.

I will not provide a rating since it is that bad. Service is the first thing that makes me decide whether or not I will spend money. The service was so rude since we walked in the door that I will never recommend this place to anyone. My family was harassed by the owner, the manager (must be related to him) and another tattooed guy. The manager is rude and unprofessional and we voiced out our concerns and took pictures of the place so we would not forget its name, then they flipped at us and came close to our car. This was something out of the ordinary. A conversation for service turned into an argument. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Didn't even got to taste the food, but this place doesn't even deserve for me or my family to spend time nor money.

PIZZA IS GOOD, SERVICE IS RUDE, AND VERY EXPENSIVE!. THE PIZZA IS GOOD..WE USUALLY GET A SUPREME WITH EVERYTHING ON IT AND A PEPERON IAND CHEESE. THEY HAVE AN XL PIZZA BUT NOT ON THE MENU WHICH WAS WEIRD. BUT ITS HUGE! IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE I THINK HERE FOR PIZZA. WE PAID $70 FOR AN MED PIZZA AND 2 XL PIZZAS. AND THE GIRL WHO TAKES ORDERS IS VERY RUDE~!SHE HAS NO PERSONALITY WHATSOEVER AND VERY RUDE NOT NICE TO PEOPLE! AND IVE ONLY CALLED IN FOR TAKE OUT NOT EVEN DINED IN YET. UNFORTUNATELY 13 OF US WERE GONNA GO THERE TONIGHT BUT I TALKED MY HUSBAND OUT OF IT JUST BECAUSE THE RUDNESS OF THE SERVICE PUSHES U AWAY TO EVEN WANT TO GO..AND WHO WANTS TO TAKE 13 PEOPLE THERE WITH THAT? THATS EMBARASSING TO ME.! AND HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS! THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS MAJOR HELP!

Terrible service!!!!!

We waited 45 min for a pizza and salad! The carryout woman who is the manager is the rudest person! There is no excuse for the way she talks to people or how rude she is to customers! We waited so long for our lunch, that we asked for a refund, she refused!! Can U believe it! I have never heard of a manager refusing to give a refund! Will never ever go back and will tell everyone how we were treated!

We have tried this restaurant multiple times hoping for different results. I strongly believe in supporting local business but I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut or Bellini's from now on. The service is terrible. You wait forever when dining in and the food is just not great. Tonight I ordered a pizza and was promised 45 minutes to an hour. At 1:10 I called to make sure the driver wasn't lost, I was told her just left. It took another 40 minutes for my pizza to arrive (5 miles). We waited an hour and 50 minutes for COLD pizza.

Best Italian food in Florida!! From pizza to Veal Rollentine you won't be disappointed. Owner super friendly, it's like walking into your friends/families house. Amazing desserts, Bella puffs, Hershey icreams, the list goes on!!

Ordered a Large Bella Cucina's Special Pizza and was very disappointed after reading the reviews from this site and others for my first time eating here. I won't be a returning customer, it wasn't bad bad but it also wasn't very good considering the Pizza costs $17.95. The Dough in the center was not totally cooked in the center and the cheese was melted just enough to look melted. For 20 bucks I'd rather take my business to a few other places that I've enjoyed in the past. I don't see this place making it more than a year based on prices, quality and location (high rent). I gave it a try and it was a complete miss.

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The family friendly atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. Coming to Bella cucina is like coming home. I'm from New York and I have tried many Italian restaurants.....Bella Cucina is at the top of my list for service, portions, atmosphere, price and taste. Everyone I have brought there also agrees.



This is a must try!!!!!

I attended a dinner party at Bella Cucina Thursday night we had about 25 people I cannot even put into words what a great time we had the atmosphere was great, our server Christina was great our very generous portions of food was out of this world, I haven't had food like this in Deland in a very long time, our salads, bread, and food all came out in a timely manner, the manager checked on us multiply times and was very appreciative of our business we all took home a variety of desserts, all together had a wonderful experience & our groups next dinner we will be back . I don't know many places that could even hold that many people enjoyed the big space & the friendly staff.

My husband and I have dined at Bella Cucina many times and have enjoyed an assortment of dinners as well as a few different styles of pizza, we thoroughly have enjoyed each meal. Over time we have brought many friends and family with us and each has enjoyed the food as well as the friendly staff.

I was in Bella Cucina tonight with my family, we had food from all different things on the menu. from the dinners to the HUGE strombolis and excellent pizza everything was fantastic. there was something for everyone . we were very pleased with our service they were very busy and our server was still very attentive she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us plenty of times. this was our first time in and we will be back with more family and friends.

i went to bella cucina the other night restaraunt is beautiful food is good but the management is horriable the woman in charge has the baddest attitude me and my family were trying to enjoy our meal and we could hear her cursing in the back i guess at the staff it was vey unperfessional,i also saw 2 little girls serve food to a couple of tables, again unperfessional i will not be back because of those two things.

For your good health & Peace of Mind, do Stay Away From this Restaurant/Pizza Take Out Place. I was treated with Bad Manners and Disrespect when there was a problem with my order. I went at Lunch Time to buy something Light from their Menu. I did not wish to have anything that had Tomatoes in any form in it. My choice was A Specialty Chicken Roll. I asked before I ordered if there was any Tomatoes in it to the person who took the order and again to the Cook at the Take-Out area and both said " No, no Tomatoes in it. When they finally gave me the Chicken Roll I went outside to eat my Specialty Roll only to find out it was Loaded with chopped stewed Tomatoes. I bring it back in and bring to the Manager's attention there was a fair amount of Tomatoes in it. Instead of resolving the matter she became argumentative disputing that Stewed Tomatoes was not Tomatoes. By the time she offered something else she had already treated me with Bad Manners and Disrespect. I opted to leave, never come back. .

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food. All of us ordered different items and thought the food was delicious. Service was awesome and priced reasonable. We will definitely return and have referred friends.

So far we've only tried their pizza and we've been very happy. Fine taste, ready when promised, reasonable prices. We'll be back for more I'm sure.

I went into the Bella Cucina expecting good food and service.I ordered the special which the server had recomended and when I recieved it and was discusting, I told the server and they brought me another side of marinara sauce and it was still uneatable I told the server again and they gave me a free canolli which to me was unacceptable. When I go to a resturant on a Friday evening I expect good food and good services and did not recieve either. I would never recomend Bella Cucina or ever eat there again.

I was so excited to hear of the new ownership that took place up in the plaza, so when friends came in from out of town I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to go and check out the restaurant. The server told us about the specials for the night so I decided to order one as well my friend. Right when we got our food it looked so good, but when I tried it it was I hate to say terrible. It was extremely bland and overall was just not that good. It had such possibilities but failed miserably. I would think when you have specials they would be your best dishes they have to serve. Unfortunately, everyone at my table even the gentleman who ordered the pizza(which was burnt) did not like their food either. I wish the restaurant the best but we will not be going back there. There is no point on spending your money on bland over cooked food.
