We took our dog to this business for a bath and grooming with specific instructions about what hair to cut and what hair to leave alone. He returned to us with a horribly over-groomed coat, completely not in accordance with our desires or instructions. A phone call to the owner to discuss dissatisfaction was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and ultimately with an abrupt hang-up. Rude and incompetent is a very bad combination indeed.

Dogs arrive happy, come home happy; never a problem with them going to "auntie Shaun's for their camping vacation. Shaun upbeat,positve person a leasure to work with; compentent,fun with great experience as a master groomer. Highly recommend; I sent 3 dogs there;no problem
