Over these last few years I have accepted numerous changes at this location as a result of management changes. On more than one occasion when visiting this establishment I have had to deal with gross incompetence from the staff. The list of indiscretions ranges from product on shelves that are past expiration to the inability of this staff to consistently prepare orders accurately. I have asked on many occasions to have meals prepared without cheese or with additional toppings to be added. These are regularly not prepared correctly. I can understand the occasional mistake during a busy lunch hour, but not consistent order savagery. I can?t count the number of times I?ve encountered this issue, and the same individuals continue perpetrating these travesties. Any item on the menu will be prepared incorrectly more often than not. I'm not asking for the staff to be perfect sandwich artisans and find it unreasonable for any staff to be so incompetent. To bad 0 stars isn't an option.
