Colony Ridge Apartments

My son currently lives in these apartments and is constantly complaining about the maintenance and up-keep of them. The lights are currently off in the residents office management building. The outside street lights are out. At one point, the trash bins were all removed and tenants were just dropping off the trash where the bins were. There have been rumors that the complex is undergoing some changes and the managers are nervous about their jobs. Residents are wondering if they should pay their monthly rent. It has been hard to contact the true owners to let them know what is going on. I have been searching the internet trying to find the owner to contact them. If anyone knows anything, PLEASE SHARE THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION!
