Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

I would recommend this office to anyone I know looking for a dermatologist. The doctor and the staff were both very professional and kind. They put my nerves at ease and took care of business straight away. The doctor was easy going and friendly, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The office was clean and had a nice setting.

While the doctor is good, the office and support staff are not. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appt and after 50 minutes waiting, they tell me they don't show an appt for me. I showed the receptionist the card they gave me with date and time and she just shrugged. Also, trying to get a script from them is almost impossible. I have an easier time getting pain meds from my oncologist than a simple skin cream from them. It has been over 3 weeks and FINALLY they have straightened it out.
