        NO EXCUSE!

        Completely failed in his responsibility to his patient. Complications are always possible - NO surgery is routine. BUT - doctor must recognize when complications occur and address them IMMEDIATELY. Because he did not do this, patient suffered unending pain and misery. NO EXCUSE.
