Robert is the best tax accountant around I have used him since 1998. He does not have a secretary leave a mesage and he does and will call you back. Way better than using hnr block etc... his prices are great, the service level and knowledge is outstanding, he is by far the best! Anyone who doesn't use him him is missing out, I was referred years ago and will never go anywhere else! This man is incredible.

Called Robert Ferrera on 16 April 2015 to have my taxes done. In fact Icalled three times and left messages that I needed my taxes done for 2014. Also I asked for a courtesy call back to let me know when he would be available. After not receiving a courtesy call or any call after three weeks I stopped by his office to find him there but he had a client in his office, said he had been on vacation and would call me. Now it is the 17th of May 2015 and still no call back. Even though he was recommended and had told my friend he was taking on new clients I have decided that after a month of waiting for his services I find his actions to be totally unprofessional and will no longer try to acquire his services. He has lost my respect as a prefessional and also any further referrals
