Mel's Exchange

Mel runs an awesome shop. I came in right before he closed and he let me take home an electronic device to test out to make sure it worked. He had never seen me before and still trusted me to take home merchandise even without showing him I.D. The device worked perfect, came back the next day and he gave me a really good deal. I would do business here again

Mel is awesome. Have never had a problem. Everyone who works there is awesome. I give five stars and I don't care what anyone says. Been going there for years. Renee

I have been to Mel's a couple of times and I never have any problems. I have always received the amount requested and have no problems getting my items back in the same condition I left them in. I pay on time when I'm supposed to and on one occasion when I paid early, the fees were waived!! I will continue to do business at Mel's whenever I need a short term loan fast.

My mother is a senior. She put a ring into pawn 2 months ago. They always told my mother if you can't pay please call. The one time in 10 years my mom couldn't pay. She called they never picked up the phone. She even went up to the store during normal business hours. They were closed early! They ended up scrapping my mom's ring. The black man that works there was so rude to my mom she walked out in tears. He thought it was funny and was basically laughing in her face about it. There very unprofessional. I think they must do this on purpose. I am and will post this sort to every review site and Facebook. So this doesn't happen to a senior who was trying to get some extra money to get groceries. Or for anyone else for that Matter.
