HR is still cheating CNA's paychecks, very low morale, unappreciated, constant scabie issues, itching, scratching, ignored and yet again the CNA's pay the price!!

My mother is in here and we are really thinking about moving her. On the weekends, the staff doesn't seem to know anything. My mother wanted a shower and it took them all day to give her one.
Then they sat her in a chair with no bandage on her bed sore. I had to put her to bed myself and bandage her wound myself. My mother says everyone is very nice, but there is an issue if no one wants to do their job.

Imperial has been a wonderful experience! They are taking such great care of my dad! The building is well maintained, the staff is kind and attentive to my dad's needs. The therapy staff have helped my dad to dress himself; as well as help him to get in and out of a car! The therapy gym has a car in it-so patients can learn to get in and out of a car! I was just blown away! My dad is on the road to recovery and we are very impressed and thrilled with Imperial!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Imperial. They took great care of my dad during his stay there. All staff treated my dad as if he were their own family member. The admission process was easy and they accepted our AETNA insurance. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

Corporate doesn't care about residents or employees. All they care about is money. They spend hundreds of thousands on cosmetic changes to get people on the building, rather than purchase new equipment or increase wages for nursing. Most staff do not care about the residents, they just go for the paycheck. Most staff do not care about problems going on or fixing them, they just pass to buck to someone else. The kitchen doesn't label food properly or take temperatures, their records are all falsified. HR woman screws employees out of pay and gets away with it because she's saving the company money. Employees cars get vandalized in the parking lot and they don't bother to put up a single camera in the midst of all their new " renovations " . The buildings may be pretty from the curb but it's what's inside that counts, and what's inside this place is not pretty.

My father-in-law was in Medi-Lodge in Taylor. He was not cared for sufficiently by the medical staff. It wasn't until he entered Imperial that he began to improve. Medical staff, and nurses assistants were very efficient. He is ready to come home now after two months.
