        Overall

        I took my Grandsons Al Wissam ($300)Coat here to be Dry Cleaned at Crystal Cleaners... They ruined his Coat! I Spoke with Mike, not sure if he's the Owner or, Supervisor... but he said that he would not give us more then $50 (plus they would keep the coat if we accept). I didn't expect Crystal's to pay us the full $300... I only asked for half ($150) twds the purchase of a new one. They declined!

        Bad Business!!

        Excellent Service! Customer Satisfaction Always, Mike is a man serious about his craft and his Quality and turnaround in the downriver area are second to NONE!! Hands down the Best in our Area, My co-workers always ask me where i get my work clothes pressed...Crystal Cleaners..they're the best.
