I am to say the least terribly disappointed in this store. I was happy with the sales and service as I picked up my lighting package for my new build with my cost allowance. So happy that I additionally purchased my first of a potential 6 ceiling fans for the house. Months went by as the house was being built. I received an email that my fan had arrived. When we tried to pick up the fan after our closing on the house, we were told they couldn't find it. Days later the fan appeared and we picked it up.
As my husband unpackaged the fan he remarked that it looked like it was a used floor model. It was dusty and the fan blades were scuffed and dinged. Also, we had ordered additional white blades for the fan as it came with dark wood tone ones. We never received the original blades as the white ones, that cost extra, were packaged in the box. Despite our trepidations, he installed the fan and it looked great, you couldn't see the imperfections from the ground level but now another problem, it had a terrible hum to it. We tried, but we were not able to run it while we slept, it was just too loud. I checked the receipt to contact the company to find out if something could be done to rectify the situation and found that someone had written on the top of the receipt "Staging" "Hot!" "Take down". I was told it was probably an installation problem and I would have to pay for the service call. Really?
I guess it doesn't need to be said that my other fans will not be purchased from here. I have gotten the run around from them and they have provided me with a horrible product to go with the service. I will also be contacting ICI Homes to tell them of my experience since they sent me to the company in the first place.
