Went in to the store and wow dont expect good service

Been Shopping at amazing for 5plus years. Recently I purchased a item under warranty and it blew out. I called to arrange an appointment made one. Well on the day of the appointment i was left waiting over 3 hours to find out that they ( the owner ) decided to not show up. After making several phone calls over several days I finlay spoke to the owner again. It was about a 5min call with the owner telling me how my business was not needed and excuse after excuse on how i "the customer" was wrong for everything that i did. The call ended with him stating " take the warranty and shove it up your as*!" BTW I have a recording of the phone call and might i add i would be more than happy to share it with anybody thinking about doing business with someone who will not validate there WRITTEN warranties. Be Careful !

I recieved very bad information for the owner and it cost me alot of money. When I returned to talk to him he started screaming at me and told me to get the hell out of his store, he didn't need my money. Good thing because I now spend it down the street at Posiedon with true professionals that know what they are doing. I now have 3 tanks and spend alot of money on them and I will never give a dime to these jerks again.

I BOUGHT A REEF SET-UP IN MAY OF '07 FROM THEM & BOUGHT A "HEATER" AS PART OF THE EQUIPMENT PACK. I DIDN'T TRY TO USE THE HEATER UNTIL NOVEMBER OF '07 & WHEN IT DIDN'T WORK, I RETURNED IT. I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER "NOT ALEX", THAT THE HEATER HAD A 30-DAY" WARRENTY & HE COULDN'T EXCHANGE IT FOR ME. THEN WHY DID THEY SELL ME A HEATER IN MAY IN THE 1ST PLACE??? AMAZING AQUARIUMS LOST A CUSTOMER OVER A $30.00 HEATER. THEY LOST A LOT MORE IN FUTURE SALES THEY COULD HAVE MADE TO ME. BE CAREFUL!!
