BB & T

I had opened this account only in the past few months, and have had ALL the problems that everyone else is having!! PLEASE be warned I wish I would have had someone warning me! LISTEN TO WHAT THEY DID! I deposited a 2,000.0 INTEREST check, was supposed to be held for anywhere from 2 to 10 days, and that I should check to see when available, well, I caled the other bank, and it had cleared them,( in 1 and a half days,) and then, I went to BB&T presto machine to check the balance there as well, and It was Cleared! So I went school shopping for my 4 kids (the check was a GIFT from a relative) well, BB&T took 800.00 in fees for that 2,000.00 check in les than 1- week, in fees, when I went to the bank, and I had my slip from the ATM machine with a positive balance, and showed them it, as well as my statements, and they said-- well, we cant do ANYTHING for you, the money was not available ACCORDING to BBat. and thats final!! even with proof! they hold cash!! and are the most MISLEADING institution I have ever come into contact with, the most in humane people, Im not sure they even have a concionce. please read all the reports that others as well, RIPOFFREPORT.COM IM ONLY ONE OF THOUSANDS, something has to be done!!
