Qc Mart

Bought three car washes on Feb. 7th. Was told codes good for 30 days. Used one right away. Then on the 15th, wash was down. Used a second code on the 22nd. Then on March 1st, wash down again. Codes only good through March 7th, but I would be out of town. Clerk said she needed full receipt, not just my last two codes, then she would call boss to see if refund was possible. So to home and back to the store with a taped-together full receipt. Clerk attempted to call boss on the store's phone, but got voicemail and clerk left no message. I said dial again on the store's phone and I will leave my name and number on boss' voicemail for contact in the coming week. Clerk refused. So I said give me a piece of paper and I will leave my contact information. Clerk was unsure about this. Only NOW did she point to a sign posted off to the side that there were no refunds. I stormed out at that point. Clerk was an idiot who could not think straight. Seems to me, if they sell a car wash, and the car wash is down, they should offer a no-hassle refund.

The car-wash traps you inside (with the bay doors closed) before your car is finished washing, and the attendants in the gas station are too lazy to come through the store to let you out! They expect you to a.) get out out of your vehicle and try to figure out how to open the bay door, or b.) sit there.

I, however, chose c.) and called the fire dept. which finally urged a white female in her early-mid 20's with a VERY BAD ATTITUDE to come out and push some buttons so the door would open. After all was said and done...attendants refused to give me a refund or receipt. I asked that they post a sign warning customers the car wash is inoperable, they would not do that, either. Also: these women, one of whom is named Stephanie-- blatantly refused to release manager's name, name of person who owns car-wash, or name of the rude girl who opened the door! Establishment expected me to leave all MY personal info and wait for them to contact me. No thank you; they were too rude and insolent from the start!!!! I still want my refund because I had to go wash the soap off of my car elsewhere!
