I used to enjoy coming here, but the last 3 times have been hell. I ordered wonton soup (which was just warm), 2 hibachi bowls that came out cold (which was so dry and tasteless, it appeared to be a few days old with barely any shrimp or veggies) and miso soup (which tasted like dish washing liquid). The oblivious waitress asked how the food was, and I asked her to warm the hibachi. It came back hot but still inedible. My significant other ordered a wonton soup because his miso was so bad and the little air-headed waitress didn't think to ask what was wrong with the miso. We didn't eat anything but the wonton soup. She didn't even notice. What a waste of time and $40. We usually tip 20% or more. She got 0. We won't be going back. Food and service sucks.

The Tokyo Grill is one of the best fresh sushi restaurants here in Danville. I love it, I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
