Adventures in Wine is a privately held importer and distributor of fine and rare wines. For nearly 30 years, we have brought our services to retailers and restaurants throughout California. Wee are continually seeking out quality wines and expanding our portfolio. We specialize in the wines of Washington,Oregon, New Zealand, and France. Whatever the region, you can rely on Adventures in Wine to offer distinct wines of quality and value. Adventures in Wine was founded in 1982 by Merrick J. Dowson with the goal of offering the finest selection of wines from around the globe. Mr. Dowson spent several years in the London wine trade before coming to the US in the late 1970s. He built the business initially through a large selection of vintage ports.

We provide individual wine lockers which are available in eight sizes. You provide your own lock and key, so only you have access to your wines. In addition to being temperature-controlled, the vault is fully equipped with a sprinkler system. Added protection comes in the form of our alarmed warehouse. A drive-in ramp into our facility provides shaded, easy access for large deliveries of wine. Pick-up of larger cellars is available with prior arrangement (call for details).
