In the beginning, they were great. Over the last few weeks, I felt like they were getting tired of how energetic my son is. They told me they were going to hold him in the 1 yr old room if he did not improve. They referred me to the Babies Cant Wait organization for "behavior issues" which turned out to be untrue (no surprise). Monday, they wrote two incident reports for 1. Following another child around because they had a ball that he wanted and 2. Drew his arm back to throw a maraca (but didnt). On Tuesday, he was screened for "behavioral issues" which were found to be false. His issue was communication. Tuesday evening, I was visiting the resting place of my nephew when the toddler room supervisor approached me (while I was sitting at the grave and mourning) and deemed it appropriate to ask about my son's screening and to remind me of the copy of the paper work she was going to need even though she had already told me twice at the daycare. I called Wednesday and spoke with the program manager who didn't seem at all bothered by what the toddler room supervisor had done. I immediately disenrolled my son that day and had him at a new daycare yesterday where (surprise, surprise) they have yet to have any issues with him and have given him nothing but praise for being sweet, helpful, and charismatic.
I'm extremely disappointed with this daycare. They seem to be fine with kids who can talk, but terrible with the ones who can't speak for themselves.

Quality care at a price that will not break the bank. The staff really cares about our entire family my son loves going to the daycare and playing with all his friends!

Friendship House is a center that has a loving and supportive staff. The whole family is supported while the child(ren) grow up in the center. It is highly recommended so get your applications in because there is a waiting list!

I am the mother of a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Both of my children started at Friendship House at 6 weeks old. The facility is nice, clean, and well maintained. All of the lead teacher have Child Development Associates certification. The center is accredited. Staff are great and truly care for my children.

Provided by SuperpagesBe Aware This day care is a selfish establishment, an incorporation whose primary importance is their reputation in our community. They dont follow their own policies and procedures and if they do it is at their convenience and only to their benefit. My child was "immediately dis-enrolled" after I expressed concerns in the behavior my child was exhibiting at home and around a certain teacher. Later I was called in to a conference with the director to inform me that her employee was uncomfortable with my presence and she would not have her employees comfort compromised. Not once did the director follow up with me or ask me about my concerns. Wow! There you go stand up for an adult vs. A 2 year old child. I would have thought that it was a no-brainer and the safety of a child in her care would have been her main priority. Of course she made clear what her priorities are.
