Please PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time on them for litigation. The entire staff is incompetent and unknowledgable and then they send you too a ghetto injury clinic for therapy. He advertises because there firm sucks in handling cases. please do your research before signing any paperwork with them to represent you. they are a complete joke.....

Literally hated my experience with them. First they sent us to a sham of a chiropractor, guy never even touched us, never went over anything with us at all. The case worker told us to follow and listen to all of what the doctor said. So we did, and the other insurance company only offer the minimum amount to cover the extremely high doctor visit. One of the bills was for like $300 and that was just for a doctor to talk to me. They never kept me updated on how thing were going, it would be weeks at a time before i would know anything and even then I had to call them. Then the low balled me like crazy once the money came in, I only got $700 form the case while their attorneys fees totaled out to be $1800. Like what the hell. How in the hell did they make more money and I was the one hurt. Not to mention I had to negotiate with them to even get the $700 cause they only offered me $500 at first. I had previously been in a wreck and wasn't hurt as much as I was this time and the other law firm I went with at the time got me $2000. All I can say is that I will never use Uvalle again and I WILL NOT recommend their services to anyone. If I could rate them a 0 I would.
