TLC Construction DFW

Never use this business or any of their other affiliated businesses (like TLC House Cleaning Services or TLC Tree Experts). They took a construction deposit from me in 2023, abandoned my project in early 2024, and are refusing to issue a refund. According to the Texas Comptroller, this business is run by Brenda Medellin and Celso Jaimes Garcia, with Luis Maldonado as the project manager. Luis has a truck with a BBB logo (even though they are not a member or endorsed by the BBB), and his business cards say they are licensed, bonded, and insured. They have been refusing to share their insurance information for months now (which just reeks of FRAUD), so I've filed complaints with the BBB, Texas Attorney General's office, and the Texas licensing authority. I will likely never recover the thousands of dollars they owe me, so don't let this situation happen to you!
