What a truly horrible environment accentuated by bad bad service. The kids behind the counter were quick to rush people to order but then offered no apology or excuse for extreme wait times. Two guests in front of me waited over 45 minutes for oders. I was told all sandwiches were hot & toasted by guy behind counter. Besides the wrong info, he probably doesnt need to be interacting with guests, as I heard him tell people in front of me that your dinner items 'were not the best' when he was asked about the meatloaf. Actually he laughed at their choice after they left the counter. My club sandwich was not toasted, bread was stale and below average. I cant say I will be back. I did hear the couple that ordered the meatloaf complain and again the kid laughed saying "I told you so". This guy needs to go! I wont be back because of him. Kitchen needs to step it up a notch, its a sandwich--shouldnt take over 30 minutes to slap some cold items on cold stale bread. Management should be ashamed of this location.

First time in the place, staff didnt even have suggestions on what is good. Chose one sandwich and one dinner meal...sandwich bread was stale, nothing else special or appealing. Meatloaf was frozen slab of mystery meat smothered in room temp gravy, could not eat it. Would not recommend McAlister's at all. Overpriced and below mediocre. Everyday Subway is better than this!
