Law Office-Sharita Blacknall

I was recommended by a friend to this law firm for assistance with traffic tickets and at first had high hopes of receiving good service. However this law firm is notorious for not returning voicemails and emails after you have signed thier contract. The person who actually handled my case (Bill McIntyre) was extemely disrespectful and had horrible communication skills. The court told me my case was actually settled for over a month now and the firm knew of the outcome but failed to inform me of it. By that time I only had 2 weeks to come up with a large amount of money. When I let them know that I was upset regarding the lack of commuincation he said that I was harrasing and badgering them, and that they didnt break the law, I did so its not their fault. I was extremely offended by his tone and attitude when all i wanted was an apology for the delay in communication and for him to offer to attempt to get an extension with the court. I would never sugguest that you work with this lawfirm if you do not work directly with Sharita herself. As she was perfectly respectful and prompt when i did hear from her (although she did not handle my case as I had assumed).
