I will never come back to this store again. The lady tried to gave me a different color wig from the one that I tried on. She tried to continuously say they Were the same color but one was a 1 and the other one had highlights and it was a brighter color. To show her they weren’t th same I put them near each other . She tried to still convince me there were the same because she did not want to do a refund . The other lady in the store (that worked there ) agreed with me and she kept telling the lady they were different but the lady refused to try and fix the problem. Instead she blamed it being the companies fault and said she could not do anything about it. If the wig was cheap I wouldn’t care but I spent 139 on a wig and it started looking crazy the 2nd day I wore it. I always come to this store but after yesterday I do plan on going back . If you want to spend you money and have good customer service , do not go here.

Pros:
Mostly every time I visit this store, everything I've come for, they have in stock. This goes for random items that most beauty stores wouldn't have, they got it! I love that some of the staff are willing to explain the difference in products to help you make a choice. When I ask for help, it is given and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have visited other stores and tried to obtain their assistance, they were like Wal-Mart employees who didn't really want to help. This is not the case in this store. You can tell that they do what they can to be different than most Asian stores. I love it! So far, I've visited 3 times, and I received the same experience. If something were to ever change in the future, I will be sure to report it, quickly!

Cons:
In mostly all Asian-type stores you will have that feeling that you're being watched, but I understand that this is because of those wonderful individuals who love to steal! True, we all shouldn't be judged for others' wrong-doings, however, we have to understand where they come from as well, as this is very frequent within their own country of origin, too!

With that being said, I know I come with money in hand and I don't intend to steal, so I have confidence and I attempt to build rapport with them so that when I visit next time, they will know who I am.
