        not your normal dance studio. they have work out classes and dance classes. While my daughter is at dance i can work out at the same time. they have a great work out schedule for working moms and stay at home moms as well. My daughter joined Strong Dance last year (2012) and we were welcomed with open arms. Strong Dance is by far, the best choice we could of ever done. LOVE IT!!!
