Second time there never again!!! Waited over 15 mins and employees could care less

After waiting over an hour for our food, the waitress brought us a plate wrong. When we asked her about it she said that she was sorry, but that's what the kitchen had given her since they didn't have the one we had ordered available.

My family and I were there a few weeks ago and received ok service. The food was not so OK though. Some was still frozen while other meals tasted like they had freezer burn. Our waiter swiped our credit card before he deducted the over charges (items we did not even order) and couldn't give us a refund. The manger gave us a couple of $5.00 off coupons to use at our next visit to "make up for the overcharge" (instead of actually giving us our money back for something that we never even got). Now we are forced to go back there again in order to get our money back. So, last night we went again so that we could use these coupons. We were seated. Then we waited and waited and waited. We watched all of the tables around us get seated, get drinks, have their orders taken, etc. Our waiter had not yet even come to our table to take a drink order. We informed the young man working at the front (the one who seated us) and he said ok he would get our server. We watched as he went back up to the front of the restaurant and proceeded to just stand there looking around, never informing anyone that we were waiting. The manager made his rounds in the restaurant and looked at our table (with menus folded in the center of the table and nothing else). He then stopped at the front and started talking to the gentleman who seated us. The two of them sat there talking and laughing for a few minutes. Still not having seen our waiter, we got up to leave. As we headed out, the manager looked at us, shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes and he and the greeter/seater gentleman laughed. I will never go back to this restaurant again. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat or drink. If you just want to sit at a table, then this is the place for you!

Last 2 visits were horrible! Don't order any appetizers because it will come out with your meal! So as you enjoy your appetizer you can watch as your entree gets cold. Manager didn't seem to care about our complaint.

The atmosphere is fun and the staff is friendly. The food is pretty standard fare however and some of it tastes like it was pre-frozen, thawed and then cooked on site. However, it still seems to satisfy a busy family. They have 2 for 1 drinks for those that are interested.
