Stars and Strikes

I hope this finds the employee and the right location well. This review is for the Huntsville, Al location. Couldnt find any sites that Huntsvilles up just yet. But I attended the family and friends night last night along with my husband and 2 daughters. We had an amazing time. Huntsville has def. needed this! But it being so different(not a bad thing at all), we of course needed some help. And Cody I believe his name was, in a blue shirt, helped us all the way. I think he saw our confused faces and stepped right in to the rescue. Explained the different bowling games, got my daughters the smallest balls yall offer, and the dragon slide thing was just perfect. But the main reason I wanted to post this is because while I was talking to cody, I had my back turned and my 4 year old picked up a ball off the rack, and almost dropped it, but cody noticed and grabbed it real quick and nicely explained.to her that she needed to be careful and let mommy and daddy help at all times. Im more thankful for that than anything, because he possibly kept her from breaking her foot. So thank you Cody! Keep up the good work! And thank you stars and strikes for giving huntville what we needed for a very long time.

Visited Stars and Strikes this evening, Saturday night, around 9pm. The music right when we walked in was terrible. Loud screaming hateful music. Several families around, was really inappropriate. Pretty busy but we were able to get right in. The person working the front area (Matt) was super rude to everyone I was with. Went as far as throwing my credit card on the desk. I brought my own shoes that I wore last time I was at Stars and Strikes and my husband rented a pair of their shoes. Our group bowled one lane before the lane was shut down. After asking several people working what was going on, we went up and asked the "manager" Matt what was going on. He said that because I didn't rent shoes from him he shut it down. I showed him my shoes I brought and told him I wore them last time I was here and he said that they were "illegal." I asked him why he couldn't have asked me about them when I was just up here paying for anything and that I thought it was rude for him to shut our game down without telling us what the issue was. He then told me he didn't like my attitude and I needed to leave! I seriously cannot believe the way he treated my and will not be retuning. I can't believe that they let people like him "run" things. I just wish there was another bowling ally somewhere near Cumming. This place is terrible.... I've been several times and every time it's some issue with the folks working there. The facility isn't bad, but they need to reevaluate the "management."

I wanted to do this review that way everyone knows out family entertainment center is awesome. I'm currently the game room manager and I hope everyone comes to see us. we have just recently redone our laser tag and it's amazing. come ask for me and i will give you a buy one get one free for lazer tag. mention "flamingo" and I will gi've it to ya. we have great new specials for our arcade like half off and $.99 for bumper cars and $1.99 lazer tag on Wednesdays
