All Stars Pediatric Dentistry

My son had been going there for several years. I was extremely happy with them. Then things changed, people were fired and their scheduling person, Heather was and still is so very rude. I had to reschedule an appt, and added new appt in calendar for wrong day. I apologized and was very sorry, but she gave it to me and wouldn't let up. It was like she wanted me to say I will go elsewhere, which I did. I called back several months later (because we were both happy with the dentist) and Heather answered the phone and was reprimanding me again. It was insane. No one deserves to be treated with so much disrespect and since they had fired staff, the rest has gone down hill as well. I have heard that from a few others as well. I will never go back and please pass this one up. Dentistry for Children in Dawsonville is wonderful. It is 2017 now.
