Smart Set Travel

Worst travel agency i have ever delt with! The service is horrible and rude! There is something fishy about that place!! I went through them because my aunt was getting married on a cruise and we were supposed to book through them. They charged my CC the full amount for the cruise and then a few weeks later charged an extra $500 in August! I called them to let them know what happen and they kept giving me the run around saying that they are waiting for the cruise to reimburst them, well 2 MONTHS WENT BY and still no refund!! I had to keep calling every week and they would tell me Barbara (the owner) was busy, on the other line or just not there. I finally got a hold of her and she was just rude and seemed annoyed that she had to give me my money back! She finally agreed to send me a check in the mail. Two weeks passed again and NO CHECK!! Finally i had to go in person to demand my money back. She paniced and kept giving excuses and finally gave me my money back!! My friend came with me because they over charged her and Barbara said she does not have her money. I told her we are not leaving until she gave us our $500 back!! She finally did and yelled and kicked us out! I think they are running a scam by overcharging your cc hoping you will not notice. I think that is how they make their money. It did not happen to just me but to 5 other people!! Don't trust them and go through them!!!
