ADP Culver City

DON'T DO IT! I don't how how else to say this but you are better off hand writing checks to your employees. They do a great job trying to market you the program and tell you how wonderful they are and the RUN program etc. I was with Intuit and the only reason I left intuit is because ADP could give me a worker's comp quote that intuit could not. They gave me a quote within 5 minutes during their marketing pitch! Impressive i thought. Shoot me in the foot. That's what I think now. It's been 2 months of payroll and they have not taken out any worker's compensation. I called several times and I get a call back with a message stating they would like to talk to us to generate a quote.



What? Say that again. You already sent me a quote the day you tried signing me on and that's the only reason why I signed on and accepted the quote what do you mean you want to generate a quote? What happened to the one you gave me? Oh I know, he pulled it right out of his you know what and stuck it right back there.



The support system is annoying. You have to deal with several people. You get sent tons of emails and we had a hard time getting our taxes concluded. Let's get back to the actual payroll. RUN they call it; the program seems OK, they tell you they'll handle everything; yet since I switched from intuit I'm doing more work with ADP than I want to. Their price to do it all for you is $150 based on my business size for Intuit it's $75. I figured I can handle my payroll so i initially went with Intuit's DIY for $35.



I am getting a worse deal with ADP as everything is just like Intuit's version of DIY except I'm doing more work myself. Oh and don't let them sell you that ridiculous HR nonsense. Every thing you need to know is on the internet and on government websites. Add that to their exorbitant prices. They tell me my employees can clock in using the mobile app. Well it's broken, doesn't have access for clocking in. So now I've resorted to using yet ANOTHER software, free by they way to compensate for another short fall.



Put it to you this way, ADP says they are selling you the Rolls Royce of payroll, but what you get is a used Chrysler 300. My opinion try paychex, intuit etc. At least with intuit they tell you you're getting a C class and they give you a C class.
