I am completely unsatisfied with this company. I needed buy glass and have it installed for the recording studio in my basement and found this company as a supplier. Here is a list of trouble: I have had trouble getting the rep to return my calls, I was told they would set the glass but would not install the trim to hold it in place, during a demo of a similar job the rep demonstrated terrible customer service. I decided just to install myself but a new rep still will not return my calls so that I can at least buy the glass. I will never use this company for anything again.
