Starbucks Coffee

Theirs one person that works at this starbuck. That causes me to drive to a further location and sometime not even get Starbuck on some days. She is so rude she chubby with dyed blonde hair. It seems like every person she works with adopts the same ignorant attitude. When I go there and she's not there the same people are nice and helpful. When she's there they can be just as ignorant as her. Today I asked a question right to her face and she didn't say one word just took my money and worked away. Why is she in customer service? I cant be the only one that sees this
