Great atmosphere, amazing food, but little slow service. However, we had a large party and came in during a busy time. The food always great, and they had very large portions. Their grilled chicken was the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life! And their French fries are wonderful! They had lots of parking and it seemed very kid friendly though we did not have any with us. As a visitor of Louisiana, this was a great place! Our server was very nice, overall a great experience!

Terrible service..we couldn't figure out who our server even was...hair in our food...salty entree..sent back...cold food sent back...we'll never go back!$130 dollars later & we left hungry! Rude service all around ..one sever popped an attitude..it's was a birthday celebration..& we couldnt even get a dessert menu! Dropped the check & rushed us out! Never spending my time or money there..they should be embarassed. ..went to their website..surprise no option to leave a complaint!

Very good selection of draft beers from around the country and world as well as local ones. Good food, typical of Louisiana. Very attractive building and location, nice decorations. On the other hand, service is extremely inconsistent, they appear to have very high turnover of wait staff, some are decent but others poor. Also, it's usually crowded and loud so the server may not hear what you say and is probably rushed.

Left a BAD taste in my mouth. My main complaint is the customer service. We called ahead for a party of 30. We were given a table set for 25. However, there was an extra table next to us, so we asked the waitress if we could use it as well. She initially said yes, but the manager very rudely came out to let us know that there are other people waiting to be seated, so we needed to move back to our original table. He didn't even offer more chairs to go around the table to make up for the five missing seats. At that point we had not ordered, so I wanted to leave. However, it was not party so I didn't say anything. We ordered. I had half stuffed shrimp, half fried shrimp. For $16.95, I was served 3 stuffed shrimp (which were stuffed with very soggy crab meat) and 4 fried shrimp. 5 minutes into eating, the waitress brought my check. She never asked if I was ordering dessert or a drink. I felt extremely rushed. Finally, when cleaning the table, she hit my 4 yr old in the head with a plate, which knocked a fork to the floor. She picked the fork up and walked away, never apologizing. When she came back and was told that she hit him (as if she didn't know) she said that he hit her hand and she refused to apologize. I was floored. I will NEVER go back.
