Bought $3000 worth of furniture selected from the showroom. Paid in full immediately. Eight weeks later, still have not received anything. Finally, we asked for a cancelation of the entire order or at least a return of some of the items that have still NOT been delivered and were given a resounding NO! Apparently, if the furniture has to come from the warehouse, it's considered a "Special Order". Fact is that 99.9% of the furniture falls into this category, and No Body tells you this important clause in detail. What we got was a salesperson who said we were "making life difficult" and a store manger who refused point blank to even consider alternate suggestions. Will report them to the local BBB. Will never refer them to anyone.
