Park Inn by Radisson

My hotel room was left open by housekeeping. As a result, someone went in and stole my Ipad. They went through my suitcase and didnt find anything of value, but left it a mess. The hotel has done nothing to make this situation right on their part.

Hotel was nice, had all the amenities that will make your stay comfortable, refrigerator, microwave, even a flat screen TV. The beds were wonderful, never had such deep sleep before, I think it's called Sleep Number where you set your bed on the soft or firm side whichever you prefer. Nice room with separate bedroom and living room area. We were given a renovated room, well worth the price we paid at $139 per night. Room was bright, nice furnishings, and a lot of space, not your regular hotel room. The breakfast aws great, cooked to your liking like the eggs, pancakes and potatoes. Variety of cold items, plenty to choose from with good selection of fresh fruits. Will stay in the hotel again when my trip brings me to Los Angeles. Did I forget to say, the location was great, easy accesibility to a major interstate, hotel is located off a freeway exit.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. I did not get the hot breakfast they said was included, they did not make it easy to pay the addl fee for the breakfast (couldn't just write room # on slip at cafe), the wireless internet only worked if you were near the lobby, and the rooms definitely need updating. Could see dirt exhaust from central heating on my ceiling. Oh, no way to adjust heating since it is central. I had to get them to give me a portable heater. Front desk help was of very little help when asked questions.
