We moved from Naples to California with the dream of opening up a Neapolitan Pizza stand, with the hopes of providing authenticity, freshness, and showing our love and passion to the various communities in the greater Los Angeles area. We have worked (and continue to work) endlessly to create what we believe to be the perfect dough, utilizing different flours and hydration percentages to ensure an elasticity and lightness to every pizza.
