I find it amazing that the club is still open. This club has very rude management that evidently does not care about its members. No doubt, the days left for this club to operate are numbered, as the public will not accept the disrespect they show to the people they depend on. They are difficult to get a hold of and do not allow you to get a word in when you finally get them on the line. Calls were made to both cell and land line phones to no avail and messages left were never returned. Requests to suspend an account (for vacation purposes) fell on deaf ears, even when a voice mail was left, an email sent and even after speaking to a living human being. If one does not monitor their credit card statements, then expect to be charged a monthly fee, even after a vacation suspension was requested (as previously mentioned).

Then one must go through the hassle of attempting to make contact again to request a refund to your credit card. Same difficulty was encountered when returning from vacation and wanting to end suspension and return to the club. Voice messages left on land line and cell requesting a return phone call fell on deaf ears yet again. You would thing if one operates a business, voice mail would be checked more than twice a week.

Very poor business sense
