        We were in Cortland, NY in June 2014 for the NYS Senior Games and was looking for a reasonably priced motel located in the City. Wow! Were we surprised... we found just what we were looking for! It is conveniently located in the downtown area of Cortland, just around the corner from Main Street. There are many good reataurants within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The office staff was friendly and helpful to satisfy our needs. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cortland.
