Alfred Rios has a very strong work ethic, is very punctual, & respectful of expenditures of a project for which he was hired. He contracted to remodel a two bedroom, one bath apartment from a shell to completion. His carpenter, drywall, & painting skills were above average. He was very knowledgeable about working with electricians & plumbers and facilitated their work on the project. He communicated well with me ( owner ) to get the necessary materials. He also helped design the layout of the kitchen. He also is able to direct day laborers for doing menial tasks which is a necessary part of big projects.

Highly recommended! I met Alfred Rios when he was working on our house completing the painting for the builder. He not only did as the builder instructed but also some areas neither I nor the builder had noticed. As meeting and speaking with him and seeing the quality work he does I hired him for several other projects. He power washed my 3 story home and sent me pictures of before and after. I have recommended him to neighbors and they too are very pleased with his honesty, the quality of work and the timeliness of completion. I would not hesitate in the least to hire him as well as recommend him to others. I have to say that I was and am truly impressed with the integrity and honesty of this man.
