This firm makes it sound like they are for the client and will keep the client informed and give the client "world class service". Deceptive to say the least since they hire kids barely out of law school and know very little about the law and their case managers and medical clerks are so rude and unprofessional. They will not return phone calls and it took forever for them to make an apt with a dr. for me. They've changed my case around several times without telling me. They've lied to me about sending a demand letter and the amt. At this point, I do not and would not recommend this firm. They are too large which means they can not handle everything ethically, and they hire inexperienced attys, and their adds are deceptive and misleading as is their website.
