Walmart Auto Care Centers

Many of the staff at the Walmart on Germantown Parkway seem to be very unpleasant people. They don't smile. They barely respond (some are too busy talking with other workers or texting). There are also too few clerks in many of the areas of the store. It's tough trying to find someone to help you. The management needs to hold a course on customer service - and how to SMILE!

This store has the RUDEST people who work at the customer service counter in the Automotive Service Department. Once my tire warranty runs out, I will NEVER use this service department again.

The workers, cashiers, mechanics, and department managers have been extremely helpful during my many years shopping at this Walmart location. Because of this store, I feel comfortable shopping at any Walmart store nationwide.

This Walmart (Cordova, TN) has TERRIBLE customer service from the management department down to the cashiers. They don't listen & they don't put their customers first!!!! I rate it at 0 stars because it's happened on a few occasions, I thought it was just the people working that particular day but it's the whole store!!!
