They cut meals in half like steaks to have for all guests , when they start running out of food. owner wasn't buying gallons of water , they use sink water tap! for every single wedding

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Fetes and Events.

During our first meeting we chose a contract and gave a $4,500 deposit. After a month of signing the contract I had not heard from my coordinator. Instead, I received an email from their accounting department requesting another $1000.00 without an explanation. I sent several emails and made two calls in regards to the $1,000.00 and finally heard from accounting after two weeks . They said it was part of the deposit but no one had explained this to my now husband and I. After speaking with the owner I did not have to pay the $1000.00 due to the misunderrstand.

Two months after signing the contract I still had not heard from my coordinator. I emailed him to introduce myself and set up an appointment to discuss my cake options and flower arrangements. The day of the appointment our coordinator was 45 minutes late. After he finally arrived we talked about our options and made an appointment with the florist and cake vendor.

We took a day of off work to meet with the florist and when we arrived they informed us that they did not do weddings in February. I informed Fetes and Events and they set up a meeting with their second florist.

My experience at Eddas Cakes was as unpleasant as taking a day off of work to attend a meeting with the wrong florist. We arrived at Eddas Cakes to learn that none of the options the coordinator showed us were part of our package. At Eddas no one sat with us to answer questions nor would they give us water during the tasting. We actually had to purchase water from the vending machine to wash down the different flavors. The employee at Eddas built boxes behind the counter and called her boss to inform her that "more brides were arriving from Fetes and Events with the wrong information" during our cake tasting.
We received the final invoice a few days before the wedding. There were some changes I informed Fetes and Events were necessary before we made the final payment. Two days before the wedding I had not received the final invoice. I was told to just subtract the items and make out the cashier check to the new amount. What company asks their customers to subtract from a $16,000.00 invoice? Very unprofessional.

The day of the wedding the coordinator did not give my flower girl her basket, the ring boy his pillow, boutineers were placed incorrectly and no one was there at the end of the ceremony to invite my guests to cocktail hour. I had to stop taking pictures and guide the guests towards the bar area. During dinner I noticed my plate was not complete which leads me to think the same thing may have happened to several of my guests. The DJ also chose to play his list of songs and ignore the list we had filled out for him.

At the end if my wedding several items were missing. These items were two cakes, my engagement picture and my veil. I later found out the coordinator gave them to a lady on a gulf cart who left them on the street because she did not know who to give them to. Fortunately, the Fetes and Events catering staff saw my items outside and took them back to the office.

In the end we were left without our one year anniversary cake and a second cake We purchased purchased and asked the coordinator to box up for my grandmother. It took us over two weeks to received the information about the lost items. I guess since we had made the final payment we were no longer important to them. We were not reimbursed for the

In summary, we DO NOT recommend Fetes and Events. Their packages are misleading, their employees don't understanding pricing and their lack of professionalism creates only hardships.

I had the most amazing experience planning my wedding with Best Miami Weddings! From the day I signed the contract, I was contacted the following week by my coordinator. The food at my wedding was absolutely to die for! The DJ was great and the cake was beautiful! Very professional ad I would definitely recommend Best Miami Weddings

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS!!! First of all, when you call this place they dont pick up the phone. Then when you do leave a message that they say "we will return you call within 24 hours" ITS A LIE!!! They didnt call me back until 3 days later! Then after i changed my appointment, when i arrieve they tell me that it was never changed, so they dolble booked an appointment. Then the lady who works there tries to take care of me and another person!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Worst Place Ever!!
