the car was not as expected. However, the customer service was great comparing with the last time in a different office located at us 1 and 36 in Miami.

My day was not going well until I met the lovely & VERY accommodating ladies @ 1105 Ponce De Leon. Adriana, you saved my vacation! I was provided a brand new sparkling clean economy- which is 'exactly' what I ordered. The fact that I was SO late for pick-up did not bother them. In fact, they helped me further with my reservation. OK, now I'm addicted! 1105 Ponce De Leon, get used to me- I refuse to go anywhere else!

The Female Manager at this Location is the RUDEST in the World.



the rest of the Staff is beyond helpful. Romeo assisted me and was even nice enough to drop me off, I know its part of the service - but the offer was nice.
