They subcontract technicians and then on your bill they will charge $120 just because they made the appointment. They will tell you different when you call them first of course. They are far to be reliable and professional. For example they have Cesar Cabrera as one of the technician. If you let this guy to do any job your are throwing your money. They have no warrantee on what they do. However, they will give a receipt with the logo of a different company telling you that you have 1 year on parts and 90 days on the job. That is a joke!! . Customer services such as Saul and Cristina. They will tell you that if you face any issues with the repairs you have to deal with the technician. Don’t ever use this company. Even their location is not real. Check the address and you will find a Japanese Restaurant there not a repair company for appliance.
