My first impression was good before they got all the money from me for my 8 bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful to the point of emailing me back and forth and the communication was very good. The Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed working with him.

The tables turned when I paid off and had to ship the last 3 of the dresses as I could not pick them up at the store. They told me that it would be $10 each to ship each dress. I was expecting to get three boxes/packages. I was disappointed to see that all three dresses were STUFFED into one box with no protective covering for the dresses. The box could barely hold one of them, let alone three. I expected the sales associate to be a little more considerate, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, considering the relationship we had, but instead he insisted on telling me that I do not know their policy because I am not from the states. And that if I wanted to know if it will come in three separate boxes, I should have asked. This is the COMPANY'S policy not standard shipping policy, and he had a right to explain to me that it will not come in three boxes but I still have to pay for 3 shipping charges. It is that simple.

I am a drop shipper as well, and I have drop shipped multiple packages at a time using one shipping cost, and if i had known that Alegrias was going to take advantage of me and charge me three shipping charges for one package, I would have gotten someone to do it for me.



And to top all this off instead of trying to turn around the situation, he tells me that I can go ahead and write a bad review, because it will not matter to him! He does not feel guilty and he basically does not care. I have seen other reviews similar to mine on this company,where they are nice to you up until the point that you are fully paid off on your purchase. So use at your own risk.

I was out with my bridesmaids looking for their dresses. A lady named Sandra was helping us and asked me when my wedding was and I said November 14th. She said, "its really late, you need to buy something now". Did not like the pressure. After selecting some dresses, another lady came to help us (cant remember her name, but wore glasses and dressed in black) and led us to a fitting room. One of my bridesmaid's is around a size 14 and big breasted. This lady humiliated her in front of us by saying that she would rip the dress if she would try it on. I took the dress to verify and it certainly seemed large enough. I asked her to clarify what she had said. She insisted that it would not fit as it would not go through her body. After being completely humiliated by this lady, my bridesmaid put it on (at my request) and guess what... it fit fine. She stopped trying on dresses and insisted my other bridesmaid (skinny) try hers on. I was so upset, I let it happen but after 1-2 dresses I asked her to put on her clothes and we walked out of the store. When we walked out, my bridesmaid (chubby) burst into tears out of the humiliation she had experienced. It ruined what was supposed to be a fun and special time. We will NEVER go back.
